Grape Logic came to life from a passion to help people.
It’s truly as simple as that, our desire is to help businesses and individuals be successful by stepping in to provide assistance when it is needed. Grape Logic helps simplify what might otherwise be challenging or time consuming projects.
Prior to founding Grape Logic in 2014, Siobhan combined her technical expertise and love of helping people as Director of Client Services at bLoyal. While at bLoyal she was responsible for the client support team, testing software releases and creating training & support documentation so that clients could maximize their use of the DTC system.
As the Loyalty Marketing Operations Manager for Ste. Michelle Wine Estates from 2006-2009, Siobhan developed business processes that ensured legal requirements were met and still allowed staff across multiple retail locations, brands, and online to serve customers successfully. From improving inventory management processes and working with multiple vendors to keep all Direct to Consumer systems working properly, Siobhan learned new systems and requirements quickly and translated those into workable solutions.
Siobhan first realized that many businesses don’t have someone to decode the technical or seemingly complicated processes into straight forward practices that they can use to grow their business while working for a custom software company more than 20 years ago. Since then she has worked with companies of all sizes across various industries to add confidence and comfort for users by managing the details that might otherwise challenge them.
In 2021, Siobhan’s husband Eric joined Grape Logic. With more than 20 years of wine industry, software, and IT experience, it was only natural to add Eric to the team.
His extensive experience in reporting systems, DTC, and various other technologies is a great complement to the services we already offer. Eric’s certifications include Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, various IBM Cognos technologies, as well as being a certified Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP). If you’re in the technology side of the wine industry you may have interacted with him at Wine Industry Technology Symposium where he has been a presenter, moderator, and member of its Board of Advisors.
Eric and Siobhan live in Woodinville, Washington, USA – northeast of Seattle, if you want to find us on a map. Woodinville is home to more than 100 wineries, breweries, and distilleries. Their latest adventures find them making their own beer and cider and enjoying time with their family.
